Emilio, who said earlier in the week that he hopes she has a miscarriage, is unfazed by any threats from her legal team to shut his yap. “I’m able to express my own opinions about Nicole … If they want to sue me, they’re not going to get much.”

Emilio, who was as shocked as anyone that Jionni LaValle got Snooki pregnant, went on to clarify that he does not actually hope that Snook’s fetus dies.
However, he laughs off the idea that his comments could lead to a defamation suit, saying, “If they sue me for being my own person, that’s screwed up.”
“They’re trying to scare me for expressing my own opinions … How can they sue me for stating how I feel? I don’t get why they have it out for me.”
Which isn’t to say he doesn’t still love Nicole … and want to be with her.Wait, what?
