Ada Wittenmyer was a Charlotte, Tennessee based woman who poisoned her husbands.

Her first victim William Hayes was poisoned in 1974. William left out his wife and 2 children Jeanette and Johnny to stay with Ada but shortly after their stay together William found himself being sick which never got cured.

While Ada lied to his children by explaining as a stomach ulcer, William’s health got worse every single day and soon he passed out.

Ada’s 4th husband John Wittenmyer was poisoned during dinner when his son Charles had gone on a business trip in 1979. John, 62, was a rancher. Ada watched him suffer and went to shopping after poisoning him.

The victim was found to have been poisoned through Arsenic. Ada, who flew to Canada was extradited back to the USA and was sentenced in prison.
